Overview
My Role: UX/UI & Graphic Designer, Branding, Web designer
Project Type: Project done under role as Designer.
Duration: 1 month
Tools Used: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Elementor
This project was completed with the duration of 1 month as part of my work as a UX/UI & Graphic Designer under Global iTS.
Introduction
Our goal was to create a new B2B brand to represent a Microsoft Dynamics based Investment Management software.
Project Objectives
Global iTS seeks to launch a new brand to attract B2B brand to market it's Microsoft Dynamics based Investment Management software to businesses. Including easing the process of contact between the clients and the company by creating a website to facilitate the software demo requests. The goals were to keep the brand recognizable and sleek, and to have it welcoming to worldwide customers.
Brand Strategy & Design Approach
We began with a brand discovery session to define the visual identity and tone of voice for InveSuite. Since this was a B2B-focused product within the financial and investment sector, we aimed to strike a balance between trustworthiness, intelligence, and approachability.
A clean, modern sans-serif logo was designed to reflect a sense of simplicity and elegance. The gradient used in the background—from deep blue to mint green—symbolizes growth, stability, and forward-thinking. These colors were selected to differentiate the brand in a space often saturated with dull or corporate tones.
UI & Web Design
The website was designed using WordPress and Elementor with a user-centric approach. As the main conversion goal was to generate demo requests, I designed a clear call-to-action (CTA) button—“Request A Demo”—which is consistently visible above the fold. Typography was kept legible and sleek, ensuring easy readability for users across different regions and industries.
Key components of the website included:
Hero Section: With a confident tagline to quickly communicate the product’s value.
About the Software: A section that details InveSuite’s capabilities and integration with Microsoft Dynamics.
Demo Request Flow: A simplified contact form to encourage engagement and lead capture.
Responsive Design: Fully optimized for tablet and mobile viewing to accommodate business users on the go.
Challenges
One of the challenges was maintaining brand uniqueness while adhering to the conservative nature of the financial tech industry. I had to ensure that the design communicated reliability without becoming visually stale. Another challenge was optimizing the CTA journey to ensure the form completion rate was high, especially for busy executives.
Outcomes
The brand launch was positively received by both stakeholders and target users.
The clear CTA and modern layout led to an increase in demo request submissions within the first two weeks.
The client appreciated the refined look and how it translated across digital assets and social media mockups.
Learnings
This project reinforced the importance of aligning business goals with visual design. Working on InveSuite allowed me to blend UI/UX sensibilities with branding fundamentals to produce a cohesive experience. I also deepened my knowledge of Elementor’s advanced widgets and responsive techniques.
